Cette \u00e9vidence n\u2019est pourtant absolument pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne. justify;\">\u00c7a y est, votre organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 revue, vos salari\u00e9s sont \u00ab\u00a0au taquet\u00a0\u00bb, travaillent en mode Start-up et multiplient les projets innovants\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il va falloir maintenant accepter, mieux revendiquer, le taux d\u2019\u00e9chec de tous ces nouveaux projets, que les actionnaires ne verront
