- The problem to be solved during the stay and its various stakes are precisely aligned with the GM and / or the HRD, in the utmost secrecy ;
- 1 to 2 months before the seminar, each participant is individually interviewed, to allow us to build an adapted program for the Group of Volunteers ;
- D-15, each participant receives a note in which he learns, in particular, the stuff type he must take in his suitcase, and a riddle, the destination, the thematic and the specific objectives remaining unknown until departure.
